Refund/Returns Policy

We hope you'll be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied we'll be happy to offer you a refund or exchange on any merchandise that is returned in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Just send an email to with the details and we will process your return.

Refunds will only be made to the original card of purchase.

Please note that unless the goods are faulty we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on jewellery or engraved goods, unsealed CDs, DVDs, tapes or other recording media.


Payment is accepted directly via Stripe who accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Laser and Mastero cards.

Please note when paying by card, CVV2/CVC2 verification is required where necessary.
